Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, project management, writing, verbal and interpersonal skills. You must be creative, strategic, forward thinking, and able to present ideas and concepts to groups of all sizes. Strong organizational and planning skills and have the ability to maintain involvement in many important projects at any given time required. Strong business acumen necessary to successfully build on a development strategy that aligns well to business goals. Experience in a not for profit organization is desirable. Key

Must possess a proactive nature, open-mindedness and be able to work under minimal supervision in a very fast-paced environment. Must be able to handle deadline pressure and be willing to work extra hours if needed to meet deadlines. Must be innovative, creative, resourceful, decisive and a self-starter who is comfortable with a high degree of responsibility. Must have strong PC knowledge (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Position may involve some travel within North America. College degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience is required in the field for which you are applying. ONLY CANDIDATES WHO LIVE WITHIN THE NYC METRO AREA AND/OR COMMUTE/TRAVEL IN THE CITY FREQUENTLY WILL BE ELIGIBLE.
